my machine can create about 5 bm keys per second on average. it can attempt to decrypt about 2000 messages per minute. would not deep state have fast machines and GPU clusters tens of thousands of times faster than this? is it reasonable to assume they can generate thousands of keys per second and try to decrypt hundreds of thousands of messages per minute? if that is the case, wouldn't they in theory be able to decrypt a good deal of secret chan traffic?
