Do you think there is communism in China?

I know China is mostly used by capitalists and stupid North Americans to show how 'bad' communism is. But isn't it true that China is not a communist country at all? As far as I see it they are a truely capitalist country. Not just the government and the stupid way the privatized the real estate market. I'm also thinking of the people, always thinking about scamming, making more money with faulty products, a busing workers rights, gathering welths in few individuals ... etc. Initially the idea of the communism in China was great, but infortunetally is was executed by humans. In this case by such a particular retard (Mao) who can't remotely be compared with the ideas of Marx. Opinions?
